Terms of Service
These terms govern the relationship between AMS Design and clients who engage our services. By signing a proposal or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Scope of work is defined in the signed proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payment terms are as stated in your proposal. Work does not begin until the deposit is received. Late payment beyond 14 days of invoice date incurs a pause on all active work.
Intellectual property in all final deliverables transfers to the client in full upon receipt of final payment. Source files are included.
AMS Design is not liable for losses arising from third party platform outages, changes to platform terms, or events outside our control.
These terms are governed by English law.
